Morning Oats
I absolutely love oatmeal. Most of the time I don't even cook it. I eat it raw with fresh or dried fruit, some chopped nuts, and topped with chia, ground flax, wheat germ, and nut milk. This holds me through the morning and every evidence shows it keeps my blood pressure low.
I buy it in bulk. Honeyville produces a 6 grain rolled one that produces a nutty and varied texture. So yummy!!
